We are pleased to announce that the 2008 annual black tie dinner will take place on Tuesday 29 April at The Royal Automobile Club, Pall Mall, London, SW1. This year the unique theme will be “Land Speed Records”. Our guest speakers will include many famous names such as Wing Commander Andy Green, Sir Stirling Moss, McLaren F1 designer Peter Stevens and racing driver Anthony Reid, all of whom have kindly offered their support to the Lloyd’s and LMC-sponsored land speed record attempts at Bonneville by Daniel Nash and Jonathan Suckling in two ex-works MGs. This will make this event all the more unique as Andy, Stirling and Anthony are all themselves current holders of Land Speed Records. Additional speakers are to be confirmed. Tickets for this exciting event can be booked by emailing Jonathan Suckling at the following email address: js@wilkinsbeaumontsuckling.co.uk |
