THE MAGAZINE:

LMC Quarterly is published by Lloyd’s Motor Club.  A 16-page full-colour magazine, it contains news, features, event reports and car tests which are of interest to club members and insurance market practitioners, including many high income, senior executives and principals (current and former) of Lloyd’s and London insurance market organisations.  Three thousand copies are distributed each quarter to members and prospective members.   

MECHANICAL DATA:

An A4, stitched format, the magazine is litho printed.

Page size: 297 x 210mm

Type area: 267 x 190mm

Full page insertion: 297 x 210 with 5mm bleed

Half page (horiz):  143 x 190mm (no bleed)

Quarter page: 143 x 65mm (no bleed)

Colour: CMYK separations

Files accepted in QuarkXpress v4, Illustrator v8, Acrobat PDF (press ready) or Photoshop v5.  Photoshop files and/or any non-vector images to be 300dpi.  Artwork to be supplied with all accompanying images, graphics and fonts in one folder bearing advertiser name.

COPY DEADLINES:

Final artwork can be accepted 21 days before publication.  Forthcoming publication dates are as follows:

  • Winter 2007 issue: Monday 29 January 2007;
  • Spring 2007 issue: Monday 23 April 2007;
  • Summer 2007 issue: Monday 23 July 2007;
  • Autumn 2007 issue: Monday 22 October 2007.

 RATES: 

  • Full page: £1,000 for one issue, reducing to £900 each for two issues and £800 each for three or more issues.
  • Half page: £600 for one issue, reducing to £500 each for two issues and £400 each for three or more issues.
  • Quarter page: £400 for one issue, reducing to £300 each for two issues and £200 each for three or more issues.

Any artwork requiring intervention will be charged at £100 per half page or £200 per full page with any costs notified (and payable) before publication for authorisation. Intervention costs are payable pre-publication to the production company. Design/copywriting services are also available with rates/fees on request and pre-payable.
